Trained personnel precision-machine membrane structures frames & components with automated equipment every day. From bending to surface finishing, the production process of a standard clear span structure involves no less than 12 manufacturing steps and 10y. + experience operators.

No. DELITE is a dedicated B2B manufacturer. We work exclusively with businesses, such as retail groups, professional distributors, and industrial clients. We do not provide individual units to the general public, as our entire operation is optimized for bulk production and professional partnerships.
Our kits are engineered for structural integrity, not just temporary use. We use high-tensile galvanized steel for the frames and technical, UV-treated fabrics for the covers. By calculating specific performance ratios, we ensure our structures remain stable and secure in harsh weather conditions that often cause cheap retail kits to fail.
Our lead times depend on the project scale. If the necessary raw materials and parts are currently in stock, we can complete an order in as little as 20 days. For large-scale or custom OEM projects that require new designs, the process from initial concept to mass production typically takes up to 3 months.
Every structure is delivered as a “ready-to-retail” kit. Whether in heavy duty export cartons, wooden crates, or even metal crates. We take every precaution to design our packaging to keep shipping costs down, while ensuring that it handles multi modal shipping.
We design our portable structures specifically for the international market. From the thickness of the zinc coating on our steel to the tear strength of our greenhouse films, every component is tested to meet the durability and safety expectations of US-based commercial buyers and retail chains.
It usually take from 1 to 3 people for complete assembly depending on the size and type of hoop fabric structure you stock. Timewise, assembly make take a few hours to 3 days total. Basic tools are included in each our kits. Each buildig kit is delivered as a 100% prefabricated kit featuring pre-drilled and labeled components that match clear, step-by-step instructions. This reduces greatly the complexity and time needed before the prefabricated shelter kit is operational.
